Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Latest Check-out Time: 12:30 PM

Late Check-out Fee: 50% of room rate

Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservation: Cancellation is required by 3:00 pm local time 72 hours prior to arrival or pay one night’s stay amount plus tax.

Non Refundable Reservation: Total price of the reservation will be charged upon booking and is non- refundable. 

Early Check-out: In the event of an early departure, an Early Departure Fee equal to a one (1) night stay will be charged. This fee does not apply to pre-paid bookings or bookings

that are not subject to cancellation.

House Rules

All charges incurred during a guest’s visit are their responsibility and will be charged in full to the credit card presented upon check-in (unless an alternate credit/debit card is thereafter provided to the concierge).

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be thoughtful regarding your noise level.

Children aged 17 years and older will be charged adult rates.

Dogs weighing 25 pounds and less are accepted with a nightly $50 pet fee. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room and are not allowed anywhere food is served.

Guests are liable for damage to the suite, suite furniture, fixtures and appliances, and should damage occur, a curative damage fee determined by hotel management will be charged. Damage or cleaning fees associated with restoring the suite to rentable condition will be charged to the credit card presented upon check-in. 

In accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b, Plaza La Reina is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping of any materials are prohibited in guest suites, corridors, stairwells, patios/balconies, including the sixth floor rooftop, second floor courtyard, and all other hotel grounds. Violations of this policy are susceptible to a $500 penalty per incident.

Social events or gatherings in the suite are prohibited unless previously arranged with the Concierge or Event Coordinator. Unauthorized social events may result in eviction from the hotel without refund. 

Plaza La Reina reserves the right to enter any guest suite without notice.
